As temperatures climb what to do? Drop the kids off at the Montauk Downs pool (YES, it is open) and head for the wonderfully cool shops that fill Montauk’s town. The one overall trend I do see is a certain “Lady Like” way about most clothes. You can not just throw on an old t-shirt and look hip. Those in the know are taking a certain care and looking like they spent a moment to think about their ensemble. Be comfortable but chic. I found that dressing in something that looks cool and breezy made me feel just a little less like a sweltering, melting mess.
